Its now insulated with two layers of PVC (a pillow within a pillow) plus. the seams are welded and seam-sealed to provide superior integrity and durability. The outer PVC is constructed of a heavy-gauge inflatable. with a flocked (velvet-feel). non-slip surface. (It is very similar to the inflatable air mattresses that are used for sleeping on.) The inflatable design allows you to inflate the pillow to your individual comfort level. Its also great for travelling. whether in the car or on an airplane. Just deflate. fold up like a jumper into your changing bag or suitcase. and re-inflate with your pump once you arrive.

Yes. If you "flip" the cushion over. youll notice that the bottom surface of the pillow is flat. This is more compatible for bottle-feeding. And. remember. anyone can wear the pillowDad. grandma. nanny. or babysitter. Anyone can strap the pillow on (just like you do during the day for nursing). sit down and bring the babies to the pillow for completely comfortable bottle-feeding sessions.

The pillow secures behind mother with an adjustable strap and a side-squeeze buckle (its much like putting on a fanny-pack). Just cinch the strap securely. The pillow stays in place and wont scoot away from you. The strap is designed to fit up to a 54" waist.

The best place to nurse is on a sofa.& on top of your bed. or sitting straight-legged on the floor (as long as you have a wall or sofa to lean up against for back support). (NOTE: Rockers or recliners dont work well because generally there isnt enough width between the arms of the chair for the pillow to fit properly). More importantly. theres no place to safely lay the babies on the sides of the chair. prior to bringing them to the pillow.& You need a place with a flat working surface on either side of you so you can safely place the babies prior to bringing them to the pillow.) Before you sit down. place the babies within arms reach of where you will be sitting. with one baby on the right. and one on the left. of where you will be sitting. With the angled side up. strap the U-shaped nursing pillow around you. (HELPFUL HINT:& Its easier to put the pillow on backwards with the buckle in front of you. Now. sit down between the babies. and place the back pillow (rounded end facing up) behind your lower back. so you can comfortably lean forward into the pillow. Bring one baby to the top of one side of the pillow. roll baby towards you and assist with latch-on. Slowly reach for the second baby. and repeat. Finally. take a big breath. exhale. relax and begin nursing. Remember. its healthier for babies to nurse while on their sides. rather than flat on their backs with their heads turned to the side. so position your babies tummy-to-tummy.their tummy to your tummy. so they are facing you to nurse. Finally. although youll be using the football hold position (one baby along each side of you). your arms and hands will not be underneath the babies. cradle-holding them. They should be above the babies. free to assist with positioning. stimulating and caressing.

When one baby is finished nursing. simply roll him over onto his tummy right on top of the nursing pillow and with a burp cloth underneath his head and rub his back until you get a burp. Please pay special attention while burping your baby. in the event of a spit-up burp. to prevent choking. When finished. safely remove him from the pillow to where he started. Now. burp the second baby on the surface of the pillow the same way. but to balance out the pillow. bring him to the center (in front of you) and rub his back. or bring him up to your shoulder for a burp. Or, remove them both safely from the pillow. remove the pillow from around you. and then burp them on your shoulder individually.

Because of the number of people that have handled your pillow during its manufacture. for health reasons. we highly recommend that you clean it before using for the first time. Your EZ-2-Nurse Twins Pillow is waterproof and surface-washable (newer version has washable cover that can be removed). We recommend using a mild spray cleaner or Baby Shampoo. First. remove straps. Spray cleaner onto pillow. lather with fingers. then rinse off with spray nozzle in your shower. or outside with your garden hose. Towel or air dry. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. or attempt to machine wash. & Avoid contact with sharp or hot objects or surfaces.

The nursing pillow measures 25" across (side-to-side) by 22" deep (front-to-back) and is 7" thick (on the outside perimeter) with an angle-cut from the outside perimeter to the inside perimeter of 5. The detachable back pillow measures 11" x 4" x 11".

Your pillow is intended for adult use only. Bring babies to the pillow surface AFTER sitting down. ALWAYS hold onto the babies when bending over or reaching up. An adult should ALWAYS accompany older children while using this pillow. NEVER allow babies to lie face down on this pillow while unattended. Please pay special attention while burping your babies on the pillow surface to prevent a choking hazard. NEVER use while standing or walking. NEVER use in a soft bed or crib. NEVER leave babies unattended on this pillow. NEVER use as a life-saving device. Please follow all directions for use carefully.

(Keep out of reach of children) In the unlikely event of a leak. submerse cushion in the bath or bucket of water. and watch for small air bubbles to identify location. Clean. then dry area thoroughly where repair is to be made. Deflate cushion. Cut patch material (square vinyl piece included) to size needed. Squeeze out only enough liquid cement to wet the patch material. & Press patch tightly to repair area. Let dry thoroughly near window ventilation. or outside - Do not inflate for 3 hours.

Warning: The repair kit in this package includes vinyl cement. and as with ALL vinyl cement products available on the market. contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
