Order & Delivery Information

We have taken great care to set up this site on a secure server, so you can enter your payment details in complete confidence. If, however, you would prefer to order over the telephone please call our order line on 01670 354463 or e-mail to info@twinsuk.co.uk with the details of the items you would like to order and your contact number and we will call you back within 24 hours. For more information about the measures we undertake to protect your online security, please see our Security and Privacy Policy.

Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours but please allow 7 working days for delivery within the UK and 14 days for international deliveries to avoid disappointment. In the event an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and give you an expected date of delivery. Where an item is a special order, this will be clearly stated on the website and the estimated delivery time given.

Our delivery partners are Royal Mail and Parcelforce within the UK and specialist couriers for international deliveries.

Methods Of Payment

At TwinsUK we accept the following payment methods for orders.

• All major credit/debit cards Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro. All payment details are verified using our secure payment system and no card details are held on file.  
• We also accept cheques which should be made payable to TwinsUK and sent to our head office. Please put your name, address, telephone number and bank guarantee card details on the back. You should allow at least 7-14 days for your cheque to clear and goods to be desptached.
• Payments are in Pounds Sterling and all overseas payments must be made by credit card.

Order Confirmation

We will always send you an email confirmation upon successfully placing an order. We have a legal obligation to provide you with an electronic receipt for your transaction which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference. The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address.

Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours making UK delivery about 3-5 working days. However, during busy periods, this may take longer. The cost of delivery will be added to your Order Total before your payment card details.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. As we have no control over these charges, unfortunately we cannot predict what they will be and would advise you check with your local customs.


Out Of Stock (back order items)

Occasionally, we may experience longer delivery times if stock is delayed into our warehouse or they are a special order item. In these cases we will contact you with the expected date of delivery. In some circumstances, you may pre-order items and where this option is available it will be clearly stated on the website. These items are charged at the time of the order.

Direct Despatch Items (orders taken from Mums2Be, our partner retail outlet)

Some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers and distributors. These are normally dispatched within 72 hours after the order has been placed. Additionally, please note that payment for the items will be taken once ordered, and not when it leaves the suppliers. You will be charged delivery costs as shown in our postage rates which will be added to your order.

Personalized Items

Please note that we can only deliver personalized items within the UK. Delivery of certain personalized items may take up to 28 days. Please call 01670 354463 for confirmation of delivery times if in any doubt.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please contact us either by telephone 01670 354463 or e-mail info@twinsuk.co.uk within 7 days from receipt of your goods if you wish to cancel your order. Please notify us of any faulty or damaged products within 7 days so we can take prompt action to rectify the situation.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days with the agreement of TwinsUK and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns must be in original packaging and the items unused. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is returned in perfect condition and should be packed to ensure it is not damaged in transit. If an item is received in poor condition, TwinsUK reserves the right to decline the refund request. No returns are accepted after 14 days and certain products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Please notify TwinsUK Head Office if you wish to return any items and obtain approval prior to returning.

Please note: All items must be returned to our Head Office address: Twins UK, 84 Middleton Street, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 2LU. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office when returning products as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return. We regret as post and packaging are direct costs that they cannot be refunded on returns.
