Order & Delivery Information

We have taken great care to set up this site on a secure server, so you can send us your payment details in complete confidence. Price & Description

The price payable for Goods that you order are as set out in our website. The prices payable for goods exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering your goods. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable but exclusive of any import or export duty.

We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the sizes, colours, shapes and patterns of the goods for sale on our website. You acknowledge and accept however that sizes, colours, shapes and patterns shown on the website are approximate only. Colours in particular may differ due to your own computer visual settings and hardware.

Postage Rates

Our delivery partners are Royal Mail and Parcelforce within the UK and specialist couriers for international deliveries. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address and we also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address.

The cost of delivery will be added to your Order Total before your payment card details are taken. Postal costs are dependent on the weight and destination of your order. Twins International Limited ship to all countries and the shipping destination needs to be correctly entered at the checkout. After selecting the correct shipping destination (country), the appropriate postal charges will be automatically added to your order total.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current standard UK VAT rate is 15%. If your order is sent to within the European Community (EC) your invoice will include VAT at 15%. If you live outside the EU your sales tax will be zero which will be reflected in your invoice total.

Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. As we have no control over these charges, unfortunately we cannot predict what they will be and would advise you check with your local customs. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our website. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Methods of payment

At TwinsUK we accept the following payment methods for orders.

- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Debit Cards (Switch/Maestro/Solo). Your card is charged when you place an order.

- We also accept cheques by post with an accompanying order. You can select to pay by cheque at the checkout and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you which should be enclosed with your cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Twins International Limited. Please put your name, address and telephone number on the back of the cheque. You should allow at least 7 days for your cheque to clear upon which your order will be despatched.

- Payments are made in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and all overseas payments must be made by credit card.

Out of stock (back order items)

With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries are delayed into our warehouse. In these cases we will contact you with the expected date of delivery. We can put items aside for you and you will only be charged on delivery of your item. If you would like to purchase an item on back-order please purchase as normal and payment will be taken on order.

Pre-Ordering goods

You may also pre-order products that are due in stock although we cannot guarantee the availability until notified by our suppliers. An expected delivery date will be given on our website and we will inform you should any circumstances change. Payment for pre-orders is taken on order.

Direct despatch items

Most items are dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours after the order has been placed but some larger items may be delivered to you directly from one of our suppliers or distributors. Payment for the goods will be taken once ordered, and not when it leaves the suppliers. You will be charged delivery costs as shown in our postage rates which will be added to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us either by telephone 01670 856996 or e-mail info@twinsuk.co.uk if you wish to return or exchange a damaged or faulty product. We cannot accept any returns or refunds outside our cancellation policy unless the product is faulty, has been damaged in transit or there is a shortfall in the specified quantity ordered. Please notify us of the fault/damage/shortfall within 7 working days, from the day after you receive your order, so we can take prompt action to rectify the situation. All purchases made through our website or from our showroom must be returned to our Head Office address:

We are unable to refund any return postage costs. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate and insurance if appropriate from your Post Office or delivery agent when returning products as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the Order up to the point at which the goods are dispatched by us. Should you cancel your order before dispatch We will refund in full the amount forwarded by you within 21 days of the order being cancelled. Credit card charges will be refunded on the same credit card only. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point a purchase contract will be made.

You may also cancel Your Order at any time up to the end of the seventh (7th) working day starting from the date immediately after you receive the ordered goods provided those goods are unused and in no worse condition that when they were received by you. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing before the end of the period set out above. All cancellations should be undertaken in accordance with and subject to Our Returns and Exchanges Procedure.

Once You have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and, in the event that the Goods have been dispatched, within 21 days of your cancellation notice PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you and with their original packaging. If applicable, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
