Eligibility
All Twins & Multiple Clubs that are registered with TwinsUK (www.twinsuk.co.uk - club registration) will be automatically opted in to the Affiliate Scheme and will be issued with an Affiliate Code. Twins Clubs that do not have access to the internet may contact TwinsUK directly for manual forms to operate the scheme. The scheme is not open to online forums and chat sites. The Scheme is completely FREE.

Affiliate Code
Each Club that opts in to the scheme will be given an Affiliate Code which members will enter into their member account for the system to register a sale against your club. If the member does not enter the code then the sale will not be eligible for commission even if notified at a later date that this sale was made by a member in a registered Affiliate Club. Only members of the registered Affiliate Club are eligible to use the Affiliate Code.

Commission
A commission of 5% will be paid on a total cumulative sales value of orders above £250 within a 12 month period (From April 1st to March 31st each year and excluding post & packing).

Payment of Commission
Sales will be tracked annually. Commission can be redeemed or used in part payment against any TwinsUK products. Alternatively commission will be paid by cheque. Commission earned must be used by 30th April each year. If the total commission earned is less than £25 then this will be a carried over to the next period.

All full price products listed on the Twins UK website are included in the scheme.

Delivery
Delivery will be made to individual member addresses as specified when they complete their orders through the website.

Twins UK Membership (Individual Members)
Individuals must be registered with TwinsUK as a member and as such will also benefit from the 10% Tamba Discount and all other member benefits and offers including Member Offers, the Loyalty Scheme and Double Fun Birthday Club. Twins & Multiples Clubs are not eligible for the Loyalty Scheme or Birthday Club as these are for individual members only.

Payment to Twins UK (Manual Forms)
For Twins Clubs and members that do not have access to the internet, payment for manual orders may be made by cheque, debit or credit card, the details of which should be sent together with any orders placed to TwinsUK head office.
