Remember: Just because you have twins doesn't mean they'll be ready to wean at the same time! Our Twins Weaning Guide and Diary can be used from 4 months, although it's recommended you start weaning at 6 months (unless you have premature babies which may benefit from early weaning - but always seek advice prior to early weaning). Use these diaries throughout all 4 stages until you're happy with both of your twin's feeding habits, usually between 12-18 months old. At any stage, if you have any concerns about either of your children the information you have collected will be a useful record to share with doctors, health visitors or other health professionals.
BENEFITS:-
- Enables effective nutrition planning
- Understand each childs feeding patterns
- Provides a visual aid of growth and development
- Useful for premature babies who need careful monitoring
- Helps other carers to understand your routines
- Health Visitor/Clinic progress reports
