Handheld Zoom Digital Colour Video Monitor
Handheld Zoom Digital Colour Video Monitor
NEW! This digital zoom baby monitor is ideal for parents of twins or triplets looking for the best in handheld colour video monitors. Portable and stylish with a 6.5cm (2.5") colour display screen, the unique feature is the camera pan, tilt and zoom functions which are remotely controlled from the parent unit allowing you to scan your nursery and zoom in for the best view of each of your babies at all times - with twins or triplets in the same room, it means you don't have to buy two separate camera units!
The parent unit comes equipped with a scrolling feature, to remote control the positioning of the camera. This means that parents can keep an eye on their babies whilst taking a moment to relax, adjusting the angel of the camera unit from a distance. The 100% digital technology means that the best picture is achieved from the camera at all times with a high quality, clear picture and secure transmission giving you peace of mind whilst your babies sleep or move around.
The walkie-talkie lookalike parent unit gives a good quality, clear picture and shows the video feed in colour during the day or when the room is well-lit. At night, it automatically switches to black and white night vision. Digital technology means you don't have to select the right channel as it will find the right one automatically and give good sound. Security of connection is also guaranteed, so your neighbours won't be able to listen in (or you on them!).
The batteries in the parent unit last up to 10 hours, which combined with a range of up to 106m/350ft means you can go anywhere in the house (or do a spot of gardening) while still keeping any eye on the nursery. Should you venture to far, an out-of-range message will flash on your screen.
The Handheld Zoom Digital Baby Monitor is a great choice for the price and having full control of the camera by remote is an outstanding feature of this monitor - you could pay a lot more for a video baby monitor that does less!
I bought this monitor as we knew we were having twins and wanted to be able to see which one was crying or moving. It has meant that we can see if one of my boys is awake or just making his normal sounds in his sleep without openning the door and disturbing both boys. I think that it is definitely worth the money, we have good reception and the picture clarity is very good. The zoom means we can focus on just one cot or both at the same time. The only down side is that the camera has to be plugged into a power point, but that is a small price to pay for the quality of the camera. The parent hand held monitor has a good battery life, we usually only need to charge it about twice a week and that covers bedtime and naptime. We are planning on buying a second camera to add onto this monitor for when the boys go into seperate rooms when this function is available.
