HOW DO I CHOOSE THE PACKAGE I NEED?
You choose the options you require from the SIX PACKAGES listed and we build the buggy to your specification. Individual requirements can also be catered for if one of the six packages does not meet your exact needs. The buggy will be fitted with the package options by us before despatch.
The Siblings Superior Package includes:
Standard zip seat unit which cradles your children snugly. When reclined it is suitable for babies from 3 months or sleeping children and when lifted up, older children to age 4 years old can enjoy the ride (dimensions: seat width 30cm x depth 21cm x height 57cm. weight capacity 15kg)
Large deep hammock (2-8 yrs old). It provides for greater leg length as it is 100mm deeper than standard zip seat unit. This seat has no option to recline up or down and is a fixed position hammock style seat. It has a large storage pocket in the back of the seat. The Mountain Buggy Terrain can be fitted with one or two deep hammocks depending on needs. Dimensions: width 30cm x depth 29cm x height 57cm , max weight capacity 30kg.
Double Sunhood - The sun hood can also be easily attached and detached with two parents viewing panels. Please note: the back of the sunhood can be attached to both sides of the frame but only the back of the Zip seat unit as there are no press studs on the Deep Hammocks. This does not affect it as a sunshade.
Footplate B - designed for taller children and those over 5/6 years. The footplate provides an extra 150mm of leg length. One side of the footplate is extended and the other is standard. Please note: this part is manufactured and fitted by TwinsUK.
Note that the standard storm cover that is provided with the buggy does not fit entirely over the specially adapted Footplate B but will fit the buggy with both zip and deep hammocks fitted with the standard footplate.
Mountain Buggies are made of the strongest, most heard-wearing material and are built to last for years but as this buggy has been adapted from a standard Mountain Buggy Terrain Double, it has been re-tested to ensure it meets current UK Safety Standards BS7409 with additional load for older children. Also registered with the MHRA as a Class I Medical Device.
