"We use them every weekend when we take the girls out together and might want to split up to do various chores and then join them up so one can do the pushchair. the other carry all the shopping home ! They definately work best on strollers where you can fix the wheels to just go straight and I wouldn't use them across country or bumpy ground. There is nothing fancy or high tech about these connectors. they just work."

Paula Gilfoyle took her youngest girls. Sophie and Rebecca (2) for a spin in their matching single buggies. My first impression was that the connectors appeared to hold the pushchairs at a greater distance apart than I expected. but I then realised that this allowed for room for swivel wheels what a great idea! Having two lightweight pushchairs connected was a lot less strain on the back than the double and manoeuvrability was almost as good. I used the stroller connectors for trips to the park. walks. and trips to the shops. which included a train ride. Getting onto a train was a lot easier in terms of weight; however. the connected pushchairs were a bit rickety when lifting onto the train which was not ideal. Overall though. the reduction in weight was a big plus! The major drawback of having the two connected was that we could not fit through some shop doorways. Tamba Tested Winter 2005
