International Limited (TwinsUK). All of our information is collected and stored in accordance with both the Data Protection Act,
the Distance Selling Directive and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

Security
All TwinsUK online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect all of our
customers.
We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected whilst online.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this
means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
Your payment details are kept in an encrypted format and your order is processed on our order system which is not connected
to the Internet. We are in no doubt that it is completely secure to order online, however, we would be pleased to receive your
credit or debit card details by phone or fax if you prefer.
Your card details are not held on the Internet. Once payment has been validated and authorisation approved, the card
details are deleted. This means that you will have to repeat your card details for every online order - a small
inconvenience, but one that makes it completely safe to order online.

Privacy
You can browse our site without disclosing your personal information. If at any point whilst using our site we
ask you for information (e.g. when making an enquiry or placing an order), we will always make it clear for what
purposes this information will be used.
You can edit your member account details at any time by logging into your account and selecting one of
the update options.
If you place an order with us, we will assume that you would like to added to our mailing list. If at any time
you would like to remove your details from our mailing list or have any queries about the above please email

e. if we are required to do so by law or if we receive a valid request by the police or government department
