TwinsUK Founder Mother at Work Finalist


The founder of Twins UK has been announced as a finalist in the Mother at Work Awards 2007. Delyth Raffell. a mother of twins. is a finalist in the Best Mumpreneur category which is awarded to the mother who has started and runs a successful business. This years awards ceremony will take place at The City Hall in London on June 13th where a very prestigious panel of judges and ambassadors including Sarah Brown and Arabella Weir will attend.
Sarah Brown. President of PiggyBankKids. mother of John and Fraser and wife to Chancellor Gordon Brown has this message of support for the mother@work Awards 2007: "I am delighted to support the mother@work Awards again in 2007. I know just how challenging it can be to combine work with being a mum. but thankfully more employers recognise that by supporting working mothers through flexible hours and part-time working they will reap huge benefits. The mother@work awards are a great way to celebrate this progress." Sarah Brown Sarah Brown is married to Gordon Brown. Chancellor of the Exchequer. and is active on behalf of a number of charities. including PiggyBankKids. the charity which she founded to create opportunities for children and young people. Sarah and Gordon live in Fife and London with their sons John and Fraser.
