How the Loyalty Scheme Works :

  • As a member, you start earning points immediately on all purchases paid for through our website.
  • You earn double points with our scheme, 2 points for every pound. Points are earned on all your purchases and are shown at the checkout along with the total points you have in your account.
  • You can choose to redeem your points to earn money off purchases or you can save them to use against future purchases.
  • The Loyalty Scheme allows you to use the points the way you want to, giving you purchasing flexibility !

Terms & Conditions

  • The TwinsUK Loyalty Scheme will operate from August 1st 2006.
  • The Loyalty Scheme is completely FREE and all TwinsUK members are automatically eligible.
  • You start earning points immediately on all your purchases online through www.twinsuk.co.uk
  • There is no minimum purchase necessary, you earn points on all your online purchases provided payment is made at the time of purchase by credit/debit card.
  • You earn 2 loyalty points for every pound you spend, each loyalty point is worth 1 pence (£0.01)
  • Points earned on a purchase cannot be redeemed on the items on which they were earned.
  • Existing members who have purchased prior to the start of the scheme will have the appropriate number of loyalty points awarded to their account.
  • Points are not earned on postage and packing or charitable donations.
  • No refunded, part-refunded or cancelled purchases are eligible for points and they will be revoked.
  • There are no restrictions on which products Loyalty Points may be used for, they are valid for all.
  • You can check your current balance of points under the link My Account at any time.
  • Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless specified.
  • Twins & Multiples Clubs are not currently eligible for the Loyalty Scheme.
  • Members of the scheme are under no obligation to purchase goods from TwinsUK
  • It is TwinsUK’s intention to run the scheme for the foreseeable future. However, we reserve the right to amend, suspend or cease operation of the scheme at any time.
